OTAKU EVENTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket for any OTAKU EVENTS event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. EVENT ENTRY

   A valid ticket is required for entry. OTAKU EVENTS reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

2. EVENT CHANGES

   OTAKU EVENTS reserves the right to modify event schedules, attractions, guests, activities, venues, or programming without prior notice.

3. SECURITY

   All attendees may be subject to security screening. Prohibited items may be confiscated or denied entry.

4. AGE REQUIREMENTS

   Certain events may have age restrictions. Attendees must provide valid identification upon request.

5. TICKET OWNERSHIP

   Tickets may not be duplicated, counterfeited, or resold without authorization from OTAKU EVENTS.

6. ATTENDEE CONDUCT

   All attendees must comply with the OTAKU EVENTS Code of Conduct. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

   OTAKU EVENTS shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public emergencies, government actions, labor disputes, or venue issues.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

   All event branding, logos, media, graphics, and content remain the property of OTAKU EVENTS unless otherwise stated.

9. ACCEPTANCE

   By purchasing or using a ticket, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
